A New Direction

Rating

Hey everyone, I am new to this site, although I have a few of the podcasts on my iPod and really enjoy them, so I thought I would give this site a whirl. Kind of like women who are product junkies, I am a site junky, I haven't quite found a site that really suits me, but fitPod looks promising.

Here is my, thing, if you will >>

I have been working-out almost daily for the past 4 years now, I am 24, and have come to a point where I feel that some kind of change needs to happen. After getting into working out, I lost a lot of weight, b/c I had burned off the fat portion of my body and now I am mostly muscle, but it isn't lean muscle mass, my upper legs are big(ger). I prefer, the leaner look, and used to when I was running most days, but I come from a lineage of bad hips and don't want to take my chances, so I mix it up.

To make this story from getting longer, I am at about 140 right now and would like to get back down around 125(ish)-----How do I accomplish this? I already work-out 6 days a week, so I can't very well increase my exercise time, but how do I change my work-out routine to reach my goal??

Any and all tips, pointers, words of wisdom would be very much appreciated :) :)

Mahalo (Thank you)
