Does anyone have military cadences they'd like to share?

I am looking for both running and walking cadences.

military cadences

I have lost all my cadences years ago, but sometimes still run using some of them as mantras. Look for cadence CDs in most of the military pride stores on most US military instillations. When I find my collections of cadences, I will be glad to pass them on.

Hey Coach,

I'm a 26 yr old mom & I coach my eldest soccer team (11-13). One day while we were running during practice a bunch of military men passed us singing cadences the boys got really into it and asked me if we could learn some. I would really appreciate if yuo could email them to me. thanks.

Not sure if Coach is still sending the military cadences out so ....if anyone is interested, I have 30 military running cadences in mp3 fomat. Send me an email (SgtGang31@aol.com) and I'll send them in a winzip folder to you. They make running that much easier....especially for us ex-military types.
